  • Chicken roulade filled with honey, thyme and feta stuffing, served on silky mash, pan fried button mushrooms and garnished with deep fried thyme and served with a honey infused jus

Plated Dessert

  • Trio of dessert - Milk tart éclair served with dark chocolate coating and amarula chocolate mousse and traditional malva pudding with custard (peanut brittle, malva, chocolate soil, amarula chocolate mousse, fudge, burnt meringue, custard sauce and milktart eclair)
